Powerful guide

The book provides a good overview of the most important construction steps. However, it leaves out some details such as damp proof layers, heating, etc. and I wished some of the chapters were a bit more detailed, therefore only 4 stars.

This book passes the Tiny House concept from an idea to REAL. This guides the reader through the details such as tools needed and why, the best way to order material, the details of the trailer and weights, framing, flashing, sheathing, wrapping, hardware, layouts, etc.

This book provides excellent information for those who are considering building a small home whether fixed or mobile. Good go to book.

Practical guide

Many pallets are treated with a chemical that is not safe for use indoors long-term. Unless the pallet comes from Canada, those particular pallets are the safest as they are untreated.
