"Tinkerville: The Incredible Inventions of Stanley Rabbitowski, Book 1: The Zoomie Board" is exactly the kind of story I want my kids listening to. Stanley is a wonderfully relatable protagonist, not a genius who gets everything right on the first try, but a kid who doodles, fails, tweaks, and tries again. That's a refreshing message for young listeners who often see "invention" as something reserved for effortless geniuses.

What I appreciated most is how the story doesn't shy away from consequences. Stanley's Zoomie Board isn't just a fun gadget; it sets off a chain reaction (the whole town stops walking, the power grid gets overloaded) that forces him to grapple with the real-world ripple effects of his ideas. What an Adventure

Tinkerville, The Incredible Adventures of Stanley Rabbitowski :Book 1 was such a joy! The story highlights a young dreamer who is supported by his family and a special teacher to pursue his dreams in the “big city”. The characters in the story are well developed and as you listen you grow to want Stanley to succeed. The little adventures lead to a big adventure at the end of the story. I was eager to hear what was going to happen next! As a retired Elementary teacher, I appreciated the teachable moments and additional lesson plans. What a great addition this story would be to teaching entrepreneurialism and just general creativity and self confidence! If you are a parent or a teacher, your children will learn from and adore this story. I can’t wait for Book 2!

Stanley’s inventions (especially the Zoomie Board) teach real lessons about testing ideas and working as a team. This book demonstrates that hard works pays off and to never stop pursuing your dreams. The narrator is very professional and fun to listen to. The best part is zero lectures… my daughter didn’t realize that she was learning while listening. Just a fun story that stuck with us.
