Story
Losing his wife and daughter to influenza shook James Colchester's faith in God. As another epidemic threatens, he's torn between what's best for his fragile son: fleeing to his Welsh homeland, or staying put. In a moment of weakness, the black-haired, green-eyed Gypsy's delicate touch on his palm quells his fears, and her beauty ignites a warmth he hasn't felt in years. Desperate to return to her people, Valentina Rupa goes against every lesson her mother taught her to soothe the Englishman into a false sense of security.

Publisher's Summary
Jaye Ramsey decided to prove to her eccentric grandmother that time travel only existed in movies by vacationing in Bolivia with her friends. When she woke up in Hawksatter, England, 1735 - the same town her grandmother supposedly vanished from as a young woman - Jaye found refuge at a hunting lodge but the strapping, reclusive baron who took her in reminded her all too well she was a lone woman at his mercy. Accused of murdering his newly-wedded wife a decade earlier, Lord Lucas Kenway closed the family farm and shut out the world. He never expected the little spitfire he claimed responsibility for would turn his quiet life upside down. Pushed together by fate and his meddling servants, Lucas wanted Jaye on his own terms and refused to surrender his hardened heart. Then a mysterious wise man offered Jaye a way home. Should she return to the future and the only life she'd ever known, or stay in an uncertain past as a stranger in a new world?

love across time
This was the cutest thing! I loved the fairy Godfather (my words not the author's). I'm not usually a time travel reader but this one captured my heart and mind, and I couldn't get enough. The stable scene was hilarious with the servants!! lol. Great ending. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job.

Enchanting!
Timeless Honor is a delightful time-travel romance featuring a young woman, Jaye, as she travels through Bolivia with her good friends. She remembers her grandmother's warning, telling her not to go off by herself, especially in Bolivia, because she doesn't know the terrain and might get lost. Jaye's grandmother has filled her with stories of time-travel and how she came from Hawksatter, England. She told her that she had been married for a short time before she time skipped into the future. Not heeding her grandmother's warning, she is caught up in a whirlwind and wakes up in a cave, but she doesn't know where and, as she'll soon find out, when. Hawksatter, English, 1735. The twist is so perfectly structured as to have Jaye almost literally follow in her grandmother's footsteps, in reverse. When she wakes up, there's a beautiful man who has come to her rescue and what she's going to find out is he's the perfect fantasy come to life! I was really impressed how Jaye was able to get Lucas to believe her time-traveling story, and the realization that, in a sense, they have known each other in the past! This is a unique and enjoyable story. It's written with multi-layered and believable characters, a plot that has both romance and suspense and with a steady pace from the beginning to the end.
Dwight Kuhlman does an admirable job with the narration. His dynamic voice gave each character attitude and unique personality.
