The frozen world of Svartos is home to the unique spaceport of Iceworld, which is home to more than just intergalactic commerce. In its shadowy caverns, an ancient evil searches for a way to be free. Can they protect the last hope of a dying species or will this be the final song in the saga of Delta and the Bannermen.

The Doctor and Mel's plans to go to a scenic resort tower go awry when the find it in a complete state of disrepair with the tenants split off into factions in a fight for survival. Can they discover the true nature of the dark force working behind the scenes that seeks to destroy the Paradise Towers?
