Nobody needs telling there isn’t enough time. We’re obsessed with our lengthening to-do lists, our overfilled inboxes, work-life balance, and the ceaseless battle against distraction; and we’re deluged with advice on becoming more productive and efficient, and “life hacks” to optimize our days. But such techniques often end up making things worse. The sense of anxious hurry grows more intense, and still the most meaningful parts of life seem to lie just beyond the horizon.

A No-Nonsense Guide to Productivity!
As a freelancer constantly juggling multiple projects, I was skeptical about another time management book. But this one is different. It's like having a roadmap that speaks direnctly to me as a busy professional trying to squeeze more hours out of my day. I felt it was well written and the techniques given were very actionable and felt doable. I've already implemented the "Do, Decide, Delegate, Delete" approach and noticed an immediate shift in my workflow. The emphasis on work-life harmony was something I needed to hear, especially the reminder that I'm the pilot of my own time. I no longer feel like I'm drowning in tasks.
This is for anyone feeling like their constantly stretched too thin, this book offers real strategies to breathe, prioritize, and help make your work and life more enjoyable.

So Helpful!
This audiobook is perfect for anyone juggling a million tasks and feeling like there's never enough time. I liked how it broke down common myths, like multitasking, and provided actionable strategies that felt doable rather than overwhelming. The section on delegation stood out for me as this is something I struggle with - it’s not just about getting help but learning to empower others, which was a mindset shift I needed. This guide doesn’t just focus on efficiency; it emphasizes work-life harmony, which was a refreshing and much-needed perspective.

Redesign Your Work-Life Balance
This book will help you to bend time to your will. I appreciate how the book acknowledges that "work-life balance" is actually a myth. Enlightening tasks and strategies for considering time are presented clearly and persuasively in this book. The author is clear that time management is very individual and that even formulae for time management need to be tailored to individuals. Time has become so valuable; there are so many ways to use our time. I believe that this listen has been a good use of my time. Recommended.

Very helpful!
It is a good book that will help with time management which is an important skill in our life because one time is gone, it will never come back!
I like the section about multitasking; unfortunately, until today, may people & employers think that multi-tasking is a good skill, so I am happy to see how the author addresses the downside of multi-tasking. Also, I am the type of person who thinks that no one can do tasks the way I do it; thus, I end up doing everything at home and at work. The author talks about the importance of delegation and how to do it correctly. I will definitely start doing this and I am sure it will impact positively my level of stress.

Great balance
An excellent resource for resetting your thinking to actualize the balance you're seeking. Entrepreneurial life is not for everyone, and for those who choose it, we're sometimes sucked into it in an all-consuming way. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook because it was like having a life/business coach in a sense. It helped to solidify steps and action plans to make progress. It doesn't just say you need to manage your time well, but gives you various techniques to be successful in that regard. The emphasis on self-care and adaptability when things are not seamless are also well done.
