Sie sind schöpferisches Bewusstsein und haben damit den Schlüssel, mit dem Sie Ihre innere Wirklichkeit jederzeit im Außen als Realität manifestieren können. Nutzen Sie die Macht der Wiederholung gezielt und bewusst und zwar bis sich alles Erwünschte in Ihrem Leben segensreich verwirklicht hat.
Jeder Titel des Inner Point-Programms besteht aus 9 einzelnen Tracks:
- Track 1: Einleitung und allgemeine Information über Affirmationen und die Verwendung dieser.
- Track 2-6: 3-4 minütige Tagesanwendungen (für 5 Tage) zum bewussten Erleben. Sie bestehen jeweils aus einer positiven und kraftvollen Affirmation zum entsprechenden Themenbereich des jeweiligen Titels. Diese werden - deutlich hörbar - von einer harmonischen Instrumentalmusik begleitet, die einen entspannten und gelassenen Geisteszustand unterstützt (rund 10-mal wiederholt). Sie können diese Tagesanwendungen beliebig oft hören und Ihre Lieblingsthemen dabei miteinander kombinieren, um sich die Inhalte deutlich einzuprägen. Gönnen Sie sich diese kleine Pause vom Alltag!
- Track 7: Abschluss der Tagesanwendungen, deren Wirkung durch die Hinwendung zu Dankbarkeit über das eigene schöpferische Potential verstärkt wird.
- Track 8: Kurze geführte Entspannung - begleitet von meditativer Musik. Sie bereitet auf Track 9 vor und bringt Sie in einen ruhigen und wohligen Zustand.
- Track 9: Als optimale Tiefenentspannung, Meditation oder für die Einschlafphase bestens geeignet. Dauer ca. 25 Minuten. Hier werden alle 5 Affirmationen des jeweiligen Themenbereiches sehr ruhig sieben Mal wiederholt. Dabei wird die Lautstärke von Mal zu Mal leiser und lässt die Worte dadurch immer tiefer ins Unterbewusstsein einsinken. Meditative Musik begleitet die ganze Tiefenentspannung oder Einschlafphase und bildet den Hintergrund für die sogenannten Sublitecs.
Dies ist eine eigens für Kurt Tepperwein entwickelte Form von Subliminal-Affirmationen, die tiefere Schichten des Unterbewusstseins umprogrammieren und harmonisieren kann. Dabei werden die 5 Affirmationen des jeweiligen Themenbereiches knapp unter der bewussten Hörgrenze abgespielt und können so vom Verstand nicht blockiert, hinterfragt oder gar abgelehnt werden. Die Sublitecs in Verbindung mit der meditativen Musik begünstigen zudem die Entstehung von langsamen Gehirnwellen (Alpha Zustand) und erhöhen so die Kreativität, bildliche Vorstellungskraft und Aufnahmefähigkeit des menschlichen Geistes.
