Publisher's summary
In the picturesque coastal town of Sunset Cove, Jon Sullivan has it all—a thriving business, a luxurious lifestyle, and a reputation as one of the most successful businessmen in town. But beneath the facade of success lies a heart haunted by lost love and unresolved emotions.
Years ago, Jon's heart belonged to Mellie, his high school sweetheart. Forced apart by the winds of fate and Mellie's father's military career, they lost touch, and Jon's world was forever changed. Though he tried to move on, the memory of Mellie never faded. Every relationship since was hopelessly marred by an insurmountable comparison to the girl who once held his heart.
Meanwhile, Mellie's life took a different path. Adapting to a nomadic existence, her father's career meant leaving behind everyone she cared for, including Jon. As the years went by, she buried herself in her work, becoming a formidable attorney in Washington, D.C. For Mellie, emotional walls became a necessity, and she learned to cherish her independence.
But destiny has other plans for them both.
When a developer from the Northeast sets his sights on building a luxury beachside resort on the site of Jackson's Diner, Mellie must return to Sunset Cove to help her old friend, Riley Jackson, protect her family’s legacy.
Unbeknownst to them both, Jon and Mellie find themselves on opposing sides of a legal battle that will reignite feelings long suppressed. As the stakes rise and secrets unravel, Jon and Mellie are faced with a journey that tests their resolve and redefines their future.
Will they be able to protect the town they love, or will they become casualties of the approaching storm?
Tides of Change is a captivating story of love's resilience, the power of second chances, and a small town's stand against overwhelming odds.
Get ready to be swept off your feet in this enthralling tale of romance and resistance.

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ A Can’t Put It Down Page Turner
I was thrilled to read another Kel Summers book, and it did not disappoint. The characters were connected to the previous book, but not so much that it is not a read alone. A lot of sweet romance, a little intrigue, and a typical Kel Summers twist at the end.
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Wonderful book with heartwarming, kind characters!!!
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I loved this book! I cannot wait until the next one.
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ This is my first book from this author and I loved her writing style and her characters. They are very relatable.
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐Tides of Change is my favorite so far.

Now, I’m the grumpy to Juliet’s sunshine on a popular dating podcast we host, and when a wealthy fan gives us a charming coastal cottage as the biggest thank you ever, we head to the town where I grew up to give it a makeover. And find the house has only one bed. Located under a mirrored ceiling.
