as the title states y'all r great. being playing apex on xbox and pc since day zero, i have learned a ton from this show and want y'all to keep it up. I have dropped by the YT anytime I see y'all live it has been great. Thank yall again,

Ok I have a idea that may be controversial but oh well. What if for the next ranked split you are added to the highest rank you were last season? Say if after you did placements such as arenas or overwatch if you get a aloted amount of points or reach a threshold of points you can go up to 1 rank higher or one rank lower. This would help the master diamond and pred lobbies because that means that you can stay in your rank without the 8-16 hour grind. I stream on twitch and I'm a diamond as of last season, this season I've been hard stuck gold. Never in my life though I would say that. I've never played ranked until last season and it went from Playing for 4 hours a day solo queuing to plat then getting a team to make it to diamond. To streaming 7 hours a day with a team and literally going up maybe 2 ranks because we have preds IN GOLD predators trying to get out of gold. That's way too far in my opinion, hence why I think that my placement system would be a good idea so that I can play 5-10 placements and make it to maybe plat 2 if I loose all of them or if I win/place high all of them then I should get into diamond 3. The only problem I see with this is if you placed and stopped playing. So maybe add a thing like destiny where if you hit a high rank you loose say 15 points every day you don't play ranked, then you aren't forced to play every day but you can't leave the game making it hard for preds to stay in pred or other people to go up in ranks. Love the podcast and I agree with what you said about the armories in the last episode, maybe make it so you can't upgrade your sheild from the bots making it good to get loot but you still need a sheild? Hope you bring this up in a podcast because I feel like it could be a good thing or maybe really bad but definitely better than what we have now.
