An Excellent Beginner's Guide

If you are interested in the third eye, whether that's opening it or just curious about it, then this book is worth your time. It is well written and covers several topics. This is certainly worth your time if you are serious about the third eye or just want to know more. A great beginner's guide! The narration was well done. Laura Bogen has a lovely soothing voice and made listening to this book even more enjoyable.

Interesting narrative

I thought the book was interesting but was never able to get past thinking it was bunch of mumbo jumbo. Definitely not for me but i can defiitely recommend people who are more inclined with their "spiritual side"

Most definitely worth the listen..

A beginners guide to increased creativity, intuition, and expanding the mind.
This book gives several reasons why it's important to awaken your 3rd eye. The benefits are certainly worth it. For someone just finding their spiritual & metaphysical path this author touches on a variety of things like chakra's, aura's, and meditation which all benefit the mind and body. Everything from the writing to the narration of this book is well done. This is one more stepping stone to a happier soul. Great book for the beginner, such as myself

Such a great book for the beginner.. It help to give me step by step in opening my third eye.. I'll be listening to this multiple times I'm sure, as you always hear something new.

Very interesting

This is a good beginner book to explain what the third eye is, why not everyone is able to use it, how to open it, how to use it and things to be cautious about. I found this to be quite interesting and informative. It was easy to listen to and easy to understand. When I saw this book it caught my eye. As I listened, I found that I had a difficult time staying focused on the topic. The writing and narration were fine, I guess this just wasn’t the right book for me.
