Not like other affirmations books

This book was far superior to other affirmations books I’ve heard that have poor quality sound, awful loud music, and affirmations that are repeated and don’t even make sense in the first place

15 minutes a day

I use this to find positive statements to meditate on. Every day, I’ll play this for about 15 minutes in the morning, and pick a particular affirmation that stands out to me and use it for my transcendental meditation sessions. Then I’ll find myself thinking back on my morning affirmation throughout the day and kind of using it as a way to guide me and keep me on track mentally and emotionally. Great resource!

Affirmations are too onesided

Affirmations are all about positivity, this becomes rather one sided after a short while. Maybe the affirmations vibrate more with you, but for me they don’t fit the bill most of the time
