concept: intro, 6-8 min to talk how to visualize with nice music in the background, then 30min talking about topic and listing bullet points.
if this wouldn't be a freebie I'd be even more sad on waisting my time. Maybe for someone it works, but this format definitely doesn't work for me. Feels like hype words just put together. Remove word hypnosis from this. there's a certain process to go for hypnotic state of mind and this try is funny at best.

Gross misrepresentation
I was amazed by this book. I bought it as the subtitle summed up pretty much what I was looking for: "Powerful Daily Visualization Hypnosis to Condition Your Subconscious Mind to Achieve the Ultimate Success." What poppycock! This recording has been cobbled together out of a short and not very enlightening book that is purely instructional in its presentation. There is no guided visualization in it, but a chapter of information about visualization is read out far too quickly over a backing track as if a bit of relaxing music transforms it into one. This production is laughable. The producer probably has no idea about what visualization is or how it works.
