If you are reading this review, it is very likely you have difficulties falling sleep or getting a good quality sleep! I was like you and I can tell you this audiobook helps a lot!

The guided meditations are well structures and help me to relax before falling sleep (without the overthinking)! The focus on theta waves makes a noticeable difference. Also learning about vivid dreams is something new. I do not usually pay attention to my dreams or trying to remember them, but after listening to this section, it is relaly interesting.
