The secret diary of Nurse Button

Five years after qualifying as a nurse, I returned to England to start a new life, having worked as an actor across America for four years. I moved to Birmingham and worked as a rotational nurse. I worked on a range of wards, including a dementia ward, district nursing service, and a nursing telephone nurse. Whilst working as a nurse I was met with many personal challenges, including, looking after my four-year-old nephew, trying to escape from a hole I fell into at a family wedding, and most importantly trying to finally come to terms with my twin brother's death. On the brink of turning 30, I have a difficult decision to make, to continue as a nurse, or to chase my dream to become a successful actor. Join me on my journey through life as a nurse on the frontline, whilst trying to make my way by overcoming the obstacles and challenges in my path.
