The C2C platform allows users to connect with artisans or ‘service providers’, manage their project using WhatsApp and provide a review once the job has been completed. Balungile also caught up with Marcello Schermer, Regional Manager for Africa for Seedstars and Jayshree Naidoo, the Head of the Incubator at Standard Bank.
