Publisher's summary

The Young Knight of Selgovae is set historically in old Brittany, Francia, Danmork, and Rus.

In the days of King Arthur, Sir Alun is enjoying life at court and a budding romance in the Palace of Léhon when Brittany is invaded by Clovis I of Francia, a brutal boy-king. What begins as a simple scouting mission for Sir Alun entangles the young knight in international intrigue, courtly love affairs, war, and harrowing encounters with the supernatural.

Another masterpiece in the series

I feel honored to be among the earliest reviewers of this marvelous work. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book as I relished my way through Bryce Gibby’s entire series. What a master storyteller! I could scarcely put the books aside to look at any other media so compelling was the power of the story lines and plot development. When I learned that Michael Troughton had narrated the I was excited to dive into this ancient world again. His voice characterizations add so much to the enjoyment of unraveling the story. On a recent working trip to Edinburg as I walked on Lothian street I could almost hear Troughton’s voice as I looked up at the castle. Congratulations are in order for Mr. Troughton’s masterful rendition of a masterpiece of literature.
