Publisher's Summary

A young journalist. An alien sex club. A Krinar who won't take no for an answer.

Amy Myers is tired of writing fluff. She wants to work on serious assignments - and what better way to prove herself than to uncover something new about the mysterious Krinar, the aliens who took over the Earth just two years earlier? But when she meets Vair, the dark and sexy owner of a Manhattan x-club, she may get more than she bargained for...

The X-Club is a novelette/short story of approximately 10,000 words, set in the world of the Krinar Chronicles about three years before Mia & Korum's trilogy. It's an erotic story, not a romance. It can be listened as a standalone or after the Krinar Chronicles trilogy.

No Plot

Even if you enjoy a lot of explicit passion (dba sex + lust) in your reading, small amounts of plot, character development or world building add a lot to even the shortest of novels, no matter how erotic or kinky. I suggest that all three are absent in this short Krinar story.

I felt like something was missing

Amy was bold and derermined, Jay here friend was just that a friend. Now, the X club was fascinating but too brief to fully enjoy.

Great author, boring story

I actually love the Krinar books. I'd have to say out of series, it is one of my top 10. This short story fell flat. It was basically romantic porn. If you read this without reading Mia and Korum's story, you are missing out.

One positive is that Emily Durante is a wonderful narrator and I wished they used her more often.

Deliciously steamy

I adored this book just as I have devoured the Krinar books that I have found. Each of these stories is just as fascinating as the first one I read but to say they are steamy is an understatement. Kudos!

Nothing to do with the series! Waste of money

Why write+sell something that has nothing to do with the wonderful series? Disappointed n mad that i spend a penny on this pointless story.
