Totally love the book make me want to go out and try to date love the book

this book was good from start to finish. made me wish to have a man admire me in the same way. I had tears in my eyes at the end of this book

Good book

If stupid was a person, it would be Shaniece! This broad was so green it dont make no sense. She’d rather let a no good man come in between her and Toby. All the red flags was there but she just chose not to see them especially when she took her a** over to Will’s house when she aint have NO business there. Then she want to get mad because Toby stopped speaking to her. And even after all the stupid stuff she did, he was still wanting to marry her. Now thats a good man!!!

The story’s tension

The main character’s decisions were unrealistic at times. Niecey seemed too blind to the truth.

love the series hated the last narrators

after listening to the finale oh, the last thing I wanted to hear was some old person reading the book. they made me sound old and tired. the only reason I continue to listen to the book is because I like the story. however oh, they should have used somebody else for Niecy who didn't sound like my mother telling the story. I'm not going to spoil it for everybody else by telling the story. I will say it's worth listening to. However, if you were comfortable with the last narrators oh, you may not like the new ones.

Awwwww, I loved this love story!

I date outside my race but I typically stay away from white guys . . . Especially with the time you never know what could happen . . . However, Toby can get it!! He is the type of guy I would make exceptions for! This story had so much in it. My emotions were all over the place. I was an excellent story and I enjoyed it immensely.

It took long enough

Can anybody say that Shanice is too naive; nobody could be this dense. The first thing I thought of was the twin. Toby would be better off without Shanice. She has got to be thee dumbest person around. The author apparently went for making the book interesting 🤨 but the lack of common sense he gave to Shanice makes it unbelievable and unrealistic.

Feel Some Type of Way

The story was good with some twist and turns. I was hoping for more details about how they got together. She must have said “Feel some type of way” 100 times. She even had Toby saying it, but it’s not a term white guys would use. It also took me a minute to get into Toby’s voice. It was flat in the very beginning. Glad I stuck it out. I would definitely listen to it again.

I hated that Nicey's character was super slow and delusional, like damn, she had no common sense. its so tiring that author's always make the black female characters look so weak and stupid.
