Pronunciation needs work

Like so much of the All Souls Trilogy audiobooks, the narrator pronunciations are deeply flawed, but less so than previously.

Don't waste your credit.

If you're interested in being an author this book could be for you. interview with the author and an alphabetic list of characters. For me this book was a waste of money.

A complete let down.

Don't bother, a complete was of time. It goes on an on and on... I thought it would be interesting but just found it very tedious and in the end gave up.

Interesting and informative.

I loved how this book explained various things by the narrators and the author. I liked the accompanying PDF showed different things within the All Souls books as well.

Keeps saying ‘refer to pdf that comes with this audiobook’ but where is this?

Apart from the mysterious missing pdf it’s fine, pretty interesting and adds to understanding of process of creating All Souls world.

Maybe I was expecting too much

It is a shame, yes it does give a lot of background but it was not as good as I had hoped. I almost nodded off at one point. If you think this is another 'story' you will be disappointed.

I just could not get into it

After not being able to stop reading all the other books and absolutely loving everything about them, This was such a big let down, I have not even finished the book I have given up 4 times now. The narrator did a great job she is clear and pronounced, the contents of this book is really just going over what we already know of the characters in discovery of witches and the trilogy that follows, It is also about the history and where she got it all from, yes some of it was interesting but it just did not hold my interest for long and I have not finished the book and don’t think I will try again.
