FInally, an excercise I can get behind

Yeah, I'm not big on exercising. Never had been a big fan of working out, and doubted I ever would, but when I saw this I had to admit my interest was piqued. I know that Clinger is a big workout guy, and that he probably has a lowdown on how to get down from an exercise routine. So I gave this a listen, I have to say his reasoning is pretty solid, and it isn't a back breaking workout. SO I might just be fitting this into my daily routine. Miller takes the narration chores and does a mighty fine job. He is easy to follow and his instructions are clear and easy to follow. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.

Basic

I got this with a promotional credit thankfully. The information contained within is basic info like you would get from a friend who heard it at the gym who heard it from...etc.... Example, do bench presses to give yourself the ability to hold yourself up while in the missionary position, do squats to firm your bottom so it's nicer to look at while giving something for your women to hold and help you with thrusting. Basic...basic...basic. Save yourself the time and move on.

Doesn’t specify that it’s for men only!!!

I downloaded it not realizing it was geared towards men. Nowhere in the preview does it mention this. VERY VERY disappointed
