How Wonderful

Beth has done it again! Katie Ann seemed like such a pitiful soul by the end of the last book that I wasn't looking forward to seeing more of her sorrow, but I was wrong. Beth can take a heart-rending situation and weave it into a heart-warming story. I have listened to this one a few times and hope to listen it many more.

My Favorite All Time Story

Would you listen to The Wonder of Your Love again? Why?

I hour have listened to "The Wonder of Your Love" 6 times so far and read along with the story on my Kindle! It has become one of my favorites!

What did you like best about this story?

The love that abounded around Katie as she struggled through a devastating change in her life.

Which character – as performed by Kirsten Potter – was your favorite?

Katie.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes. I was anxious to get to it after listening/reading "Seek Me With All Your Heart" and had prepared to take the whole day to endulge myself.

Any additional comments?

Great book! Excellent narrator!

Awesome narration!

Kirsten Potter is amazing and I find myself wishing I could adopt her Amish accent. I really enjoyed this book and super enjoyed the ending. I wasn't sure how it would be resolved, but I have to give major kudos to Beth Wiseman for keeping me engaged and hopeful until the very last.
The last part of the Publisher's summary says it perfectly. It's totally about restructuring your expectations and following God's path for you!
My only complaint is that so far in the series both relationships start with kissing that all parties think cannot lead to anything, shows how much they know. I'd like to see a relationship develop in a different way; where the characters show a little self control, regardless of the path God has for them.

Great narration

What did you love best about The Wonder of Your Love?

I love the works by Beth Wiseman. The reason why I love her books is because they are a healthy alternative to the main stream romance, they do provide you with a pause from reality in addition to bringing comfort and hope. This book is not part of one of her series, however it is a spin-off and I have to say I really enjoyed how the author handled topics such as infidelity, doubt and fear. The reason why I don't give this book five stars is mainly because a title earning five stars should not be "just another day dream". It is well-written without being a master piece. And I think because of the easy story line the book gains huge audience.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Wonder of Your Love?

Martha and Arnolds wedding.

What about Kirsten Potter’s performance did you like?

I really wished she could have been the one to read every title by Beth Wiseman because of her pitch perfect narratation.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Finding peace amongst the Amish; Martha's story.

Any additional comments?

Perfect when the summer is upon us. If you want some romance without any explit details.
