inspirational, Invigorating and Entertaining

There were a lot of things I immediately connected with in this book, and there were a lot of things I didn't. And that's okay. This is certainly more of an intermediate read, but there are a lot of things that could help someone just starting their path.

This book was amazing easy to follow and very informative. It covers a wide range of information and tons of easy to follow practices and rituals. Loved it.
