Great Stories

This is a three story listen with a bonus at the end. You will have to listen to hear the bonus. It is worth it. Story three dragged a little but that was perhaps I had gotten a feel for the style and was starting to project what would happen next. Each of the three stories can stand alone but they are best read together. This was a good way to present interwoven stories. The heroes were stand up guys and took care of business like they should. Loved the interaction between the secondary characters as well. Overall a very good listen. I would listen to more by this author if presented in this form.

So Entertaining

I love how the stories pick up right where the last one left off while explaining what has happened in the time past. It's nice hearing how they guys get when they are around the women as both beasts and men. The conflicts the ladies face bring a new feel for these kinds of stories for me. I like how strong women don't go looking for help but learn that it's not a bad thing to accept when offered. All in all it does the happy end thing well enough that it doesn't leave you feeling like it's a wannabe Disney princess ending. Will listen again around the December season for kicks lol.
