Visiting the Biltmore virtually

I LOVED every scene that included the Biltmore. I could close my eyes and see the staircase, the bassinet, the two bedrooms with the huge office in between, the views from the windows! Glorious! I enjoyed the mystery of the veil and the historical significance of the times. Great story!

It’s okay

It’s just okay. Had to read it for book club. I wasn’t wowed by the book or the author. .

I love historical fiction…

And this one hits all the right notes! Love story, family drama, past and present storylines, mystery, strong females, and southern charm.
I loved the different narrators too. That doesn’t always work but in this case it added another layer to the experience.

So, so good!!

Loved hearing my Peachtree Bluff series actors again! This was a fun historical fiction book that I want to read again!
