Poor Commentary

This is not the Adam Smith book but simply someone else's weak interpretation. In my opinion it is misrepresented and I wasted two credits on this and part two. To make things worse I also got soaked a credit for "Democracy In America". Oh well, live and learn. I'd of given it zero stars if I could have.

i mistook it for the original adam smith book

Very terrible audible.

This Audible had nothing to do with the book itslef. It was a commentary on the book. They talked about the author for several sections of the audible and then they talked about little snippets of the book, but mostly it was comments about the life of the author, the history when the book was written and nothing about the book itself or its conents. I was expecting they would read the book, but they did not. Very bad terrile audible. I will call customer support and try to get my credits back for this book.

Great second part of the book. Awful Scottish accents. The bill of the narration is great, but the accents are just awful.

never mind economics lets talk value (part 2)

I've said this before but it's worth saying twice:



This is the only book you need to read about economics, everything else is just gravy. I read this book thirty years ago and found it heavy going, however this interpretation puts it into context and being speech based gives it an extra dimension for understanding. Reading both parts will be the most productive five hours you will ever spend and all for just over a tenner.
