Short book and effective.

The author writes as if he is speaking to me face-to-face. I could care less which celebrities meditate, but then the author gets into the nifty-gritty of the different methods. I also enjoyed (needed) the pictures of good positioning. Short book and effective.

Waste of time and money

A series of incoherent and repetitive blog articles strung together in stroke-inducing fashion. My sympathies to the narrator who managed to get through it all.
