Great Book!

This is a great book; this is the second book in the Witch Island Brides series written by Deanna Chase and narrated by Traci Odom. Carrie Carmichael excels at creating the perfect wedding. But when it comes to romance, the wedding coordinator is always on the sidelines. After years of pining for the town warlock, she’s finally ready to move on. She’s got her eye on the hot new shifter in town, only fate seems ready to step in and derail her plans. Austin McKee has the magical touch literally. His kisses are enchanted. And when an old flame shows up on the island to marry another man, suddenly the old enchantment rears its head and she’s ready to ditch her fiancé for Austin. Desperate to escape the runaway bride, Austin begs Carrie to be his fake girlfriend. But now lines are being blurred and Austin’s not at all sure he’s pretending. This is a great book with a wonderful story and well developed characters. This book will keep you reading long into the night. If you are looking for a great book, then you need to read this book.The author and the narrator did a great job on this. I really enjoyed listening to it and I am looking forward to the next book in this great series.

Cute

I loved the story. However after several books with this narrator, I have decided that she takes away the light, fun-ness of the book. The voice seems far too serious for any of Deanna's stories. I recieved a copy of The Warlocks Bride from the author. Cross posted from Amazon: The Warlock's Enchanted Kiss is just as cute and funny as the other Witch Island stories. A cursed that lasts year and unable to kiss the one he loves. Poor Austin doesn't know what to do, but its been seven years and he can no longer resist Carrie's charms. Never mind Carrie has been day dreaming of him for 5 of those 7 years! Can the curse be broken or is Carrie doomed to never kiss Austin?

Bridal Destination For Paranormals Here We Come

I read this short story and enjoyed it. Then I decided to get this audio version and was surprised. I actually enjoyed this version over the written because the narrator was animated and I felt got the voice of the story correct. For me it is usually totally opposite because I interpret differently. Please get this version as I feel you will agree and enjoy.

Curses

The story is excellent and listening to a story I have read gives a whole new perspective to the book. Books are words you picture in your head but listening to the book gives you an entirely different set of pictures! I recommend this book for you to listen to!
Austin is about to learn be careful what you ask for because the results will follow you for a long time. Carrie is going to get what she wants as the mystery and story unfolds. Love will conquer all!

Warlocks, swamp witches, and a steamy story line

This was a fantastic story! I couldn't stop listening. Don't tangle with a swamp witch, this curse is serious business. Carrie thought her best friend, Austin, did feel the same attraction she did for the last 5 years. The wheels of fate began to turn and she found out just why he had kept his distance. The sexual tension was outstanding through the whole story. If your are looking for a happy ending, pun intended ;-), this is the story for you!

Cute short novella for a quick excursion. Some sex scenes probably inappropriate for younger readers, but overall it was a diversion. The narrator did an very good job vocally.
