The music is distracting

What did you like best about The Velveteen Rabbit? What did you like least?

This was a great rendition of the Velveteen Rabbit, with the exception of the music playing over Meryl Streep's voice in some parts.

Turn the music down!

Unfortunately, Meryl Streep is completely drowned out by loud and distracting music throughout the entire story.

Hard to hear

The story is lovely, Meryl Streep also does a great job, but the music throughout is too loud and over-powers her voice at times and make is all but impossible to hear at times.

delightful timeless classic story

I bought this as a bedtime story for my children. The story is beautifully read by Meryl Streep, accompanied by sweet music, quite magically heart warming

Sound could have been better

I love this story and wanted my kids to hear it, but I feel like the music was louder than the narrator. The Sounds could have been balanced a little better.

Enchanting story

Where does The Velveteen Rabbit rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It's good and could of been great but sometimes the music almost drowned out the narration. I wish that the music was a little lower or Miss. Streep had read a little bit louder.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Velveteen Rabbit?

When the Velveteen Rabbit was told by the skin horse what it was like to become real from nursery magic.

Which character – as performed by Meryl Streep – was your favorite?

The Velveteen Rabbit

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

It made me sad when the rabbit was about to be burned.

Any additional comments?

Really good book by rabbit ears. I look forward to more.
