A Must Listen!!

This audiobook has helped me to overcome the challenges of becoming vegan and leading a vegan lifestyle! I love that she addresses common challenges of being a vegan and provides simple solutions that I can incorporate into my daily life! Thank you Victoria!

Great book about adopting a vegan lifestyle and how to talk to others about your choice.

As a mom of four grown kids and now a grandmother I have encountered many young adults who make different food choices based upon lifestyle or food allergies. I found this book to be very informative and learned so much about being vegan. I didn’t know the difference between vegan and vegetarian prior to listening to the book. I loved that so many points made in the book not only apply to being vegan, but any topic where two people are discussing opposing views. The author gives great recommendations on how to talk to friends about the Vegan lifestyle choice. I found the author to be so insightful and really enjoyed listening to the book. It taught me a lot and held my interest! So worth the listen!

Outstanding! Loved it!

This is truly a great book! I enjoyed the narration and the down-to-earth style. I love this book and find it educational with helpful resources. I also loved that the author speaks from experience and shares small stories from her life. I recommend it to everyone curious about veganism. It will be very helpful for someone entering the vegan journey and not knowing where to start. This book will arm you with rhetoric, but more importantly, support to help in low moments and setbacks.

Ended up loving this book much more than expected

If you are worried how your family and friends will react to you going vegan, this book is for you. It will motivate you and teach you actual steps, strategies and techniques, so you can 'remain normal'.

The book is very nicely put together and covers all obstacles you might encounter throughout your vegan journey. Everything from remaining vegan when on a road trip to surviving the holidays with your non-vegan family.

You will also learn what to say when people put you on the spot, asking questions like 'Where do you get your protein from?' or 'How come you aren't skinny now that you are vegan?'. etc.

And you can come back to the book regularly when you need a little more inspiration or motivation.
