The plot
The Vanderbeekers are very exciting. There is rairely a dull moment in the Vanderbeeker life. The Vanderbeeker kids encounter many problems on their quest to save their home. The Vanderbeeker family is large with 5 kids and 1 aunt 1 uncle and 2 parents.

A nice story for the whole family- especially around christmas
I enjoyed it for the most part. Some of the accent choices were strange, and it dragged for a couple chapters. But this is mostly a charming, lovely story.
