Publisher's Summary

Four sexy vampires. One feisty female. An ancient curse that'll test them all.

I might suck at casting spells, but activating a 1,000-year-old vampire curse is a pretty bad screw-up, even for me.

Oops.

Now I’m at the mercy of four stupidly sexy vampires. With my initiation into the Royal Covens only three days away, I really don’t have time for this shit.

My vampires pose as my warlock mentors and promise to teach me how to hide what I really am: a reincarnation of some ancient and powerful witch. They want to get into the Royal Covens and reinstate me to my "rightful place", whatever that means.

I think they're just telling me that to get in my pants.

What my vampires don't hide is their hunger for me, both for my blood and my body. That dangerous kind of thrill is going to get me into serious trouble.

The Vampire Curse is the complete three-book Royal Covens series that can be enjoyed on its own, but is recommended to be enjoyed after Seven Sins. Each series in the Blood Stone universe contains a completed character arc featuring a new heroine and her guys. This story is where the main character falls for four vampires, plus the new hotties introduced in books two and three, and ends up with six guys. There are definitely steamy scenes, so if you don't like a little bite with your vampires, you've been warned!

Horribly Meh

No consistency with characters or story build up. The constant drooling over the men and the jumping between sex scenes without building on story made no sense. Over all meh.

Good books

I’m not jumping up and down because the whole series seemed a little rushed to me but overall it was good. I just prefer a more fleshed out story. But not disappointed I listened

Was she actually PAID to read this fast??!

I can't even review the story because I literally can't even FOLLOW IT. Why is she running through the story like a bat outta hell?!?

No, I'm not bothering to slow the pace down. If this is what the author presented to us, then this is apparently what he or she wants.

It sucks to lose her another credit to crapola that doesn't deserve it. I'm so audible-jaded these days. Not bothering to finish since I have no idea what's happening. And book 1 is already done.

Edit: realizing I'd waited too long to return this audiobook, I restarted the story at .75 speed. And while Vanessa Moyen now sounds like a human - no idea why the author would package the audio file at 2x the correct speed - it reminded me that I'm done following reader reviews This story's just more of the usual: cheesy flirty banter/girl goes from naive simpleton to bad*ss with something amazing everybody covets, yada yada yada.

These stories are all the same. Sure, some are para normal or time traveller or urban fantasy, but they all seem to follow the same template. I'm becoming seriously audible-jaded, so much that I'm just going to take a break from RH - my favorite genre - for a bit.

AWESOME

This Trilogy was amazing. I always love listening to Vanessa Moyen narrate as she always helps to bring life to the characters nicely. I thought I wouldn't be able to listen to the whole story but I was pleasantly surprised to find myself enoying the story the whole way through. This has a nice mix of romance and action throughout and definietly helped to finish the book. The only thing I'm annoyed about is that the ending of the last book seems to be a bit scattered. It almost seems too easy and leaves room to be open to more action, however, that is the end of the series. I think it kind of connects to all of JR Thorrns other series but I haven't yet read them so I'm not certain. I would definitely recommend this as a series to read. Enjoy!
