I highly recommend this audiobook

Awesome book. I was skeptical of using hypnosis for diet and weight loss. But to my surprise, I felt a calmness afterward and experienced a lack of desire for food as a way to comfort my anxieties.

Worst narration!

It sounds like a computer. Not to mention the contents of the book.... Filthy flab? Not cool. I don't need to be shamed by an audio book.

What is different about this transformation book.

What is different about this transformation book is the daily lessons to open up your thinking to allow for transformation. Losing weight isn't just about working out and eating, there is a lot of internal conversations and lessons to be had to make this work. (Down 4 lbs already).

I find this method interesting

I find this method interesting and something I'm willing to try on a consistent basis. Weight loss and maintaining your weight is a long term journey so I'm sure I'll need to be talking into a better mindset more than once. And that's okay. :)

I really enjoyed this book.

I really enjoyed this book. It has so many different quotes from so many different sources that will help you stay motivated. Best motivation book I’ve ever listen! It boosted my confidence and self control to the sky! I recommend everyone to listen it. Every seconds goes by extremely fast.

Good for Weight Loss

This audiobook from Rewire the Brain Hypnosis is pretty useful for a number of things. It's good for actually liking the process of eating health. It's been helpful for weight loss motivation. And it'll definitely guilt you off the coach into exercising. It's a winner in my book!!
