Informative.

I’d recommend this book for someone who has been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and needs basic education or someone who wants ideas for meal plans. I like the 3 different calorie levels and the emphasis on importance of exercise in helping to control blood sugar. I know some people want to eat fewer carbs than what this book suggests, but you can pick the recipes you like and cut carbs in other areas.

Simple to follow. Easy to listen. Fun, tasty meals. I never expected diabetic food to be so varied. I love this book. This books makes it seem like any other cookbook- yet it is portioned out to cover all the diabetic requirements.

Feel better.

I’ve had Type-2 Diabetes for years. I was constantly worried about my blood sugar levels. I never had any energy, and I always had to be careful what I ate. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get my diabetes under control. I felt trapped, and I felt like a burden on my family.

Satisfying and full of flavor and fairly simple .

I was diagnosed as Type 2 diabetic fairly recently. It's information was very helpful. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to eat good food anymore but the recipes in this book are very satisfying and full of flavor., and fairly simple to make.

Very good advice.

Very helpful and informative with a ton of interesting and good recipes for low carb/sugar meals, sides and deserts for diabetics.

Life changing.

It's a great help to those of us with diabetes have determined that the very low carb lifestyle serves us best. Recipes don't require you to go out and tons ingredients that are hard to find and you've never heard of before. She keeps it as simple as she possibly can.

Wonderful....!!!!!! I loved.

I have several and this one is wonderful. The recipes are easy to follow, tasty and don't contain any strange items that are difficult to find. The book gives a short overview on what you can have to help stabilize diabetes, and all the recipes are low carb gems. The book is easy to understand and has a touch of humor too. Love it.

This books provides necessary technical information about diabetes in a way that is easy to understand. It is clear that the author is not only a nutritionist but also an effective health educator. A Fantastic Edition.

A nice selection of recopies though they are a bit more sweet and starchy than would be my first choice when fighting to lose weight and get sugar under control.
