Rachel?

This was a great audio especially the ending. The narrative was precise and the story really picked up towards the last few chapters. I would definitely listen to this author again.

GREAT NEW FIRST IN SERIES

I really enjoyed this first book in the Rachel Parnell/Scott series. Rachel is an intelligent protagonist without being brash or antagonistic. She is strong enough to show her vulnerability without whining. The mystery is replete with misdirection, but not overwhelmingly so. I also like Avery and hope he sticks around. Just bought book 2. Let's see how Rachel's story continues.

Very engaging novel. Great story and believable characters. Plenty of mystery and kept me interested until the very end.

Unable to put down

I listened to The Truth About Rachel in one day. It is well-written and hard to put down, with a likable main character and plot twists I didn't see coming. I've read all of Deanna's books and really enjoyed this new genre. Looking forward to the next book in the series.

Great mystery

I loved this book. I can't wait to continue the series. Good narration. Deanna Lynn Sletton is my new favorite author after reading "The ones we leave behind."
