continue forward with Adrian

Remember that this is a review of the seventh book in a series, if you haven’t read or listened to the previous books, although I cannot imagine why you would do such a thing, you may find spoilers of the previous books in this review. Although this is much less of a review and more of me loving on the series, Chris Philbrook and James Foster.

More than likely you have already listened or read the books that came before this one and fell in love, like me, with this series. Now you are reading this review to see if you should continue forward with Adrian and his group of survivors. Well, if you do, you will not be disappointed. In fact you might be amazed with how much is going on in The Trinity. If you don’t, you are seriously missing out. Here we get to watch one of the greatest zombie apocalypse coming to its precipice.

This book starts off with a very satisfying and extended action scene. Of Adrian and all laying siege to the headquarters of a rival band of survivors. At the end of which the unthinkable happens. I mean jeez. I loved the major POV change at this point. The whole tone of the story changed for a bit.

Mixed in are stories from the other two members of the trinity that Adrian is a part. Of how they found on another to all three of them being in the same base.

We also find out what is really going on, with the zombies and all. Basically is is the war to end all wars between, for lack of better words, God and Satan. The Trinity is the three warriors that God gets and you can guess who gets the horde of undead.

Other than all of that, much of the story is the telling of the fortifications that Adrian and all are doing to their base. Getting ready for the final chapter.

I know I glossed over a lot here. But I am making sure that I give nothing away. If you have enjoyed the previous books in this series you will love The Trinity. I found it to be one of the more action packed of them all.

I have a weird feeling that I know what is going to happen in the next book. I am not going to say anything more, in case I am wrong. I will say that it involves Cassie. My version will be absolutely tragic.

Oh, James Foster. What more can I say about you that I haven’t already? Turns out, not much. Without Foster the series would not be what it is and therefore he is indispensable. He breaths so much life and emotion into every single word of Philbrook’s.

still love the series!!

I did find the story a bit, how should I say, thrown together on this book in the series, either that or I missed a chunk and don't realize it. I'm still a huge fan and it's still a great series.

Fantastic read. Absolutely my favorite so far.

I love that this series puts a new and exciting twist on the apocalyptic world of the undead. the characters are dynamic and in depth so that you feel you know them personally. Adrian ' s view of the new world pulls you in and you become a part of his group/family.

Once again, Adrian’s life is a cluster..eff! The journey he’s taken us on so far has been amazing! Will he save the day? Can he fight what’s there? Can he deal with his own mind? This is one story you need to follow. Now! Piss off. I’m still catching up!

One of the best...

This series is, without a doubt, one of the best zombie apocalypse series I have ever listened to. I can honestly compare this series and this author/narrator duo to the "Fallout series" and "Tufo/Runnette". So if that means anything to you, like it does to me....buy this series! All of them! And start listening now!

I absolutely LOVE this series. Wish they were all in a box set together!!! Amazing!!!

The trinity is happening!

Great story. Our favorite characters are getting by and facing adversities. The storytelling is really good and makes you want more.

Good

Overall the book was good. What I didn’t like was how there were many things repeated. For example things were told from different people but were exactly the same. I’m hoping the next book isn’t the same because the others weren’t like this. Still it’s a definite read or listen.

I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys zombie series!! Adrian is awesome, narrator is tits!!! Can't wait for the next one
