This epoch tale of honor, love, greed, cowardice and redemption threads down through time, following the sacred Levite treasure from Moses to Nazi occupied Rome. I enjoyed the story line and appreciated the author’s notes that clarified the authenticity of some of the story elements. The reading with a digital audio voice is not my favorite, as I prefer the human voice nuances in reading, but it was tolerable, and it did not change the fact that I enjoyed the story.
