Some good tips

I found some of the tips were common sense, while others are pretty clever. Most of the advice requires either a lot of work or a lot of discipline. Most require you to have good credit and at some point, you have to factor how much your time and efforts are worth.

I don't regret reading this book, and it certainly opened my mind to some opportunities out there if I choose to go after them.
