This is a short story told from a 12 year ldd point of view and the performer sounds like a 12 year old. The story was OK till the end where it seamed the girl gave up hope and just went with the flow.

An intriguing introduction
What did you love best about The Time Being?
In a world after destruction, the family unit tries to survive. Teenagers are very much the same as throughout time.
Who was your favorite character and why?
The young girl who is between ages, still young enough to enjoy stores but dreaming of being older and more independent

Lovely soothing voice, appropriate for the young girl character we hear from most
