When Paige and Katie's friend Leandra suddenly returns from several years living overseas without bringing her husband and son back with her, Paige has more questions than she has answers. However, before she has the chance to ask Leandra about what really happened in Australia her friend has an announcement to make. With great fanfare, she tells both Paige and Katie that she bought a lottery ticket for them all to share and the ticket was a winner. Paige and her family are swept up in a whirlwind of exciting changes as the full impact of the win begins to sink in. However, not all the changes are positive and Leandra seems to think that because she bought the ticket she now has control over their decisions. Paige's once happy life starts to spiral out of control as her relationship with her husband slowly fractures, her children have difficulty settling into their new lives, and she bickers almost daily with her once best friends. On top of that, it seems Leandra is hiding a secret. Win some, lose a lot.

Horrible reading, just awful

Did not care for AI reader. Completely bland and made story uninteresting and no tone reflection.

I can not stress enough that virtual narration ruins the book. Please do not replace human voice actors.

Irritating virtual voice

Main character irritating. Virtual voice worse ever and could not distinguish between characters. Story ridiculous and ending absurd. Total waste of time

Not the same old story!

The story was entertaining and it was nice to listen to a story I hadn't heard a 100 times before.
