Michael Port
Acerca de esta escucha
In The Think Big Manifesto, Michael Port calls you, and the world, to action by offering a simple solution to a serious syndrome. Think big, commit to quantum change, envision your future, climb your mountains, and incite the revolution our society needs - if it is to survive. But it takes a personal revolution to stop accepting what is and start energetically creating what is possible. You can't wait until later to do big things. It's up to you to achieve your dreams, to head in the right direction, and to keep your focus. If you think you've waited too long, that there's no point anyway, or that it's too late - that's just small thinking.
But even the most talented and self-confident among us often forget to think big. It's not always easy to do. That's why The Think Big Manifesto is not your average motivational guide. You'll find 10 fundamental principles for thinking big and a personal code of conduct for changing the way you approach the world - today. The time has come.
Port urges you not to sit back, hesitate, or wait. He awakens your big-thinking self. He stirs the contagious, catalytic power of once dormant big thoughts that are now ready to be released. He asks you to look inward, outward, and upward - to think bigger about who you are and what you offer the world.

Like a bad sermon.
This book is like a bad sermon: boring and unstructured. Also the narrator voice is pretty bad.

Frustratingly redundant
What was most disappointing about Michael Port and Mina Samuels ’s story?
I wanted to like this book but just felt he was wasting my time. The message could have easily been portrayed in a couple of minutes and would have actually been more effective that way. It was frustratingly redundant and despite maintaining hope until the end that it would get better, it didn't.

Horrible
I bought this book for inspiration. I'm all about thinking big.
Unfortunately, this book doesn't inspire. It's depressing and negative and has no discernible purpose or order.
It's one of those books that everything substantial about it could have been written on a napkin in a bar. The way he rambles on and on, he might have written the rest of it there too.
I stopped listening at 55 minutes. I couldn't take it anymore.
(I gave two stars on performance, because while his tone was boring and abrasive, he spoke clearly and the recording was of good quality.)

Think Big Think Big Think Big
Not a good book. Content is not organized and does not flow in any coherent manner, almost as if he makes random statements about how we have to think big to succeed. Also his voice and tone is incredibly annoying, especially in the beginning.

Great Book
I don't know why this book received 2 bad reviews. This has been in my audible collection for quite some time and I always return to it for another listen, especially when I get that "no drive, no focus" feeling.
The subject matter is geared towards people who are in the position to do "something big" - I'd recommend it to any entrepreneur developing a new product/service. Unfortunately this book might bore you if you work for a company that does not support or encourage innovation.

Sometimes, You Need Help Being a Big Thinker
Here is a book that is worth or listen if you want to have the ability to REALLY rethink your life and think big. This has become one of my favorite authors. Let's all RISE UP and start THINKING BIG. It's Biblical and universal, our God-given obligation and ability. Stop your SMALL THOUGHTS and THINK BIG if you expect to succeed as an entrepreneur or anything else. Let Port show you how and inspire you to get started the moment you begin listening to this book.
