Set near an emerald lake and castle in a beautiful Swiss mountain valley, The Tales of Prince Monty is about a young pup born into a royal hunting pack. The famous royal dogs are known for hunting, their beautiful plume tails, and glorious brick-red spots. But Monty is born without spots and soon realizes he has not the heart for hunting. Daam, the one-eyed, cruel pack leader, is mean to Monty from the start.
When the day of hunting arrives, the cruel alpha dog Daam orders Monty and his sister to fetch the fallen queen goose of the valley, Lady Isha. Monty arrives to find an orphaned clutch of goslings sobbing near their fallen mother. In an act of bravery and kindness, Monty defies Daam and sets out to protect the baby chicks against Abraham and the evil valley Owl.
