Publisher's summary

From the ashes of heartbreak rises the Symphony of Us.

USA Today bestselling author Claudia Burgoa brings us The Symphony of us, the compelling conclusion to the Requiem for Love duet. A poignant exploration of a second chance at love, Why Choose? Relationships are as exhilarating and everlasting as a melody of the past.

Love is like a drug: dangerously intoxicating and addictively powerful.

As a recovering addict, I know this too well.

But how can I do it when Sanford and Aerin, my first loves—my unforgettable heartbreak—are back?

Not only are they back, but Sanford insists Aerin needs us.

He wants us to help her as we melt the shattered fragments of our hearts and become one—three hearts, one love.

I should resist them.

I understand the dangerous allure they—and love—have over me.

I can’t risk falling back into old habits, having them become my everything once again.

My love for them was my downfall, and the aftermath nearly destroyed me.

But she needs us.

And the symphony of us has begun to play its second movement.

Will it be a requiem of our past or a triumphant anthem of love rediscovered and bonds reaffirmed?

The Symphony of Us is an unforgettable journey of emotional self-discovery, healing, and the resounding power of love. This is the conclusion to the Requiem for Love duet, a finale that promises an ending that resonates with the melody of true love.

Part two, finding each other again.

I couldn't wait to listen to the conclusion of Greyson, Sanford, and Aerin’s story. This is part two so if you have not read Reminders Of Her then you must read that book before this one. This is an MMF story.

I knew from book one that this conclusion would bring all the emotions and I was right. It was well written and an emotional and traumatic journey as they each confronted their past, came to terms with the traumatic events that left them all broken and found a love that could heal them all.

From the very beginning, there was a deep and soulful connection between our three. They love and need each other and this conclusion brings them all back together despite their pasts and allows them to heal and love.

The narration by Aaron Shedlock, Erin Mallon, and Lee Samuels brought the characters to life. Not only are their voices easy to listen to but they did justice to the story as well. There was so much emotion in this book and these three gave it their all. I enjoyed listening to all three.

Great Ending to the Duet!

I don't even know where to begin with this review, first off I need to say that I listened to the audiobook and the narrators did a fantastic job with bringing Greyson, Sandford, and Aerin's story to life. They pulled me in with the first book and when that one was finished I dove right into this one because I was so engrossed in the story I didn't want it to end.

Grey, Aerin, and San do not have an easy go of things once they are reunited, in fact they need to work through the trauma that separated them before they could move forward with what they hoped their life would look like years earlier.

This story/duet is not an easy one to read there are quite a few triggers so I would highly advise checking them out before you begin reading and if any of them are questionable triggers I would suggest you to pass on this duet and read another of Claudia's stories because she has so many amazing reads to choose from.

I recommend this book to readers that enjoy Darkish Romances, Poly/Triad Romances, Second Chance Romances, Small Town Romances, or Friends to Lovers Romances.

Happy Reading!!!

Emotional and satisfying

I could not wait to read the conclusion of Greyson, Sanford and Aerin’s story. If you have not read Reminders Of Her then STOP as you must read that book before this one. As with the first book this is a MMF story.

I knew from the previous book that this conclusion was going to pull out the emotions and I was right. It is beautifully written and was a traumatic emotional journey of self-discovery as they confronted the past, came to terms with the traumatic events that left them all broken and found a love that healed them all.

From the moment they all met, there was a deep, soulful connection between all three. There was so much angst, heartbreak, and healing that I was invested in the story that Ms. Burgoa wove and had a hard time putting it down when work got in the way.

The narration by Aaron Shedlock,Erin Mallon and Lee Samuels brought the characters to life for me. Not only are their voices easily to listen to but they did justice to the story that Ms. Burgoa wove. Their performances expressed the passion, love and angst that the characters experienced and were believable.

The Symphony of Us

The Symphony of Us is the conclusion to a duet and you definitely need to read Reminders of Her first to understand this story and the characters.

After the angst, emotion, and heartache of the first book I was curious where the story would go when this book began. There was no resolution or ending to the characters' lives/relationships. Things are not easy, nor do they resolve quickly, but all the elements were nicely balanced and as the plot progressed you could see how everything was coming together. Claudia Burgoa wrapped up the story nicely and the audiobook was well done. I liked the narrators from listening to the first book and they did a great job here too.

4 1/2 stars. Loved how the HEA came about.

4 1/2 stars. The conclusion to the duet. Reunited at last, Aerin, Grayson, and Sanford learned truths, readjusted to each other, and found their connection again. They worked through their pain together, which made them a stronger triad. A very satisfying ending to their story.

The narration once again by Erin Mallon, Aaron Shedlock, and Lee Samuels enhanced the story. They did very well with the emotional ups and downs.

This is my unsolicited review.

A Symphony of Love❣️A Captivating Trifecta!

Claudia Burgoa delivers another moving and heartfelt story, and it is just as amazing as the first book of her “Requiem for Love” duet, “Reminders of Her” a story that not only wrecked me but made my heart weep, too. This book is a continuation of Sanford, Grayson and Aerin’s story and picks up where the first book left off. And it was a book that started it all, a memoir of sorts, one intended to help with healing, but changing names to protect their identity did not stop from putting them in danger. After all they went thru, Grayson and Aerin’s trauma left them broken and Sanford too because of the fallout and the loss. The three are trying to find their way while dealing with that fall out and trying to get back to where they were, back to their love. I loved watching them find their way back to each other, heal their broken selves and hearts, and in the end, they made my heart smile. This beautifully written and plotted story is a journey of love, loss, healing and finding love again, with themselves and each other. Claudia Burgoa, thank you for this wonderful story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧   Aaron Shedlock, Lee Samuels and Erin Mallon continue to do a fabulous job bringing these characters and story to life.  Their character voices have been consistent throughout the duet and the quality of their audio and their performance has been top-notch. You could hear how much heart they put into their performance as they capture all the characters’ emotions and have you feeling each one. This line up of talent is exceptional and their performance elevates the story to another level. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fantastic listen.

Emotional ending to a MMF duet!

Calm my beating heart! The Symphony of Us, book 2 in the Requiem for Love duet, was a deep, emotional, and healing second-chance MMF romance that slowly pieced my heart together. Aerin, Greyson, and Sanford's journey back to HEA was full of overcoming obstacles from their tragic pasts, healing and finding their self-worth, trusting in each other, and learning to love fully again.

Lee Samuels, Aaron Shedlock, and Erin Mallon perform this book in dual narration. Lee once again conveys Sanford’s undying love and devotion to Greyson and Aerin by being brave and eliminating threats from their past. Aaron made my heart ache and melt for Greyson in a powerful performance as he healed from wounds from the past and learned to love again. Erin’s passionate tone gave life to loyal-loving and determined Aerin, as she also mended past wounds and let her guys love her to the fullest. Plus, the undeniable chemistry between these three is pure MAGIC.

While Reminders of Her broke me, The Symphony of US was beautifully written and left my tainted heart feeling fulfilled and simply satisfied. I always look forward to more from Claudia Burgoa!

Great conclusion to the duet with amazing narratio

Erin Mallon, Aaron Shedlock, Lee Samuels narrated the first book and continued with their amazing performances in this book. Their voices are perfect for these characters as they give them amazing voice, personality and emotion. I love how narrators give readers/listeners a whole new experience to enjoy authors words. Claudia rips our heart out in Reminders of Her (book one) and then slowly….slowly puts our hearts back together in The Symphony of Us. The angst, pain, hurt, trauma and love is so beautifully written in this story. There is so much they each need to work through - Claudia handles each one with such care, grace and sensitivity. I just wanted to give them all a hug and say it’s going to be okay. I love how they reconnected individually and then came together as a unit. Claudia continues to write amazing books with real life issues that many people can relate to while giving us entertaining and beautiful love stories.

Heartwarming and heartbreaking journey

I was sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for The Symphony of Us, the conclusion to Greyson, Sanford and Aerin’s journey. So with that being said please do not pick this book up if you haven’t read Reminders of Her.
Erin Mallon, Aaron Shedlock and Lee Samuels did an amazing job bring this duet to a close. They were spot on with the emotion, the love , the passion and the drama. Their voices were easy to listen to and they added another depth to this wonderful journey.
Once again I found myself captivated and at times I became very emotional as I watched Grey, Sanford and Aerin try and pick up the pieces with their life. This is a beautifully written MMF love story that is a journey about three people finding themselves as they come to terms with their past, with tragic events that have them broken and realising that together they are stronger and they really are three soulmates. The Symphony of Us has the perfect mix of passion, love, emotion and angst and this duet is a journey I know I will read again and again.
