The genius of Starbucks success lies in its ability to create personalized customer experiences, stimulate business growth, generate profits, energize employees, and secure customer loyalty-all at the same time.

The Starbucks Experience contains a robust blend of home-brewed ingenuity and people-driven philosophies that have made Starbucks one of the world's "most admired" companies, according to Fortune magazine. Completely missing two chapters

What disappointed you about The Starbucks Experience: 5 Principles for Turning Ordinary into Extraordinary?

I was following along with the hard copy as I was reading for work/at work. It completely skipped two chapters and went from Macro Resistance to Beware the Naysayers. I have Never try to Beat them; Always Join Them and We Don't Want You Here in between these two chapters in hard copy.

Like a Starbucks commercial

While I can appreciate the astounding growth and success of this well-known company, the anecdotes seemed over the top. The story about a toddler's first words being "Mommy Starbucks" was just too much.

Too basic

It's about philanthropy and liberal thinking. I didn't really learn anything by reading it.
