  • Michael Angelidis Backstory - Ep. 7.5
    Aug 16 2020
Our first bonus episode is here! Episode 7.5 gives the extended backstory of Michael Angelidis, our guest from episode 7. While we briefly cover how he went from playing pro ball at the age of 12 in Greece and how he ended up in America, we did not have enough time to go into deep detail. This episode covers Michael's journey through the top Greek league, the two years he won the National Championship, and the level of competition in the Greek leagues. He goes on to explain how Coach K of Duke connected him with a job opportunity in America, how Math is the reason he stayed in America, his personal growth as a person, and his experience coaching Kentwood, of Covington, WA., eventually leading them to a 4A State Basketball title in Washington State.
