A great book on lifestyle

A great book on how to structure your life so you can achieve what you want to do - even when things get hard. This book gives the ideas...you just need to do it!

Very good, motivates you off the couch!

Good book, gets you motivated! In terms of information a personal trainer can use its worth a free token, but not the money.

Review of the book, or relook at yourself??

when the book began, I thought oh no. a book I'm not going to like. it had a lot of statistics and quotes. I'm not that kind of guy. but as the book continues, I enjoyed it and related to it more and more. I'm a 6 time marathon runner. each time we do a long distance run we practice a lot of these principles. it makes you realize that you practice these in your everyday life. it's who you are.... overall, a great book.
