Mehhh....
Teddy was amazing as usual, Ava was very whiny ... I have always loved M. Nevers books but this one did not hit the mark for me at all. The first part of the book was good, second was just ok and the third was so pointless, and predictable ... it should have just ended at the second one lol

Southern love story....🔥🔥🔥🔥
It's still early in the new year but M. Never does it again. She is an awesome writer and I love her books. This is a really great story.
It starts with Kamdyn the High school star quarterback with lots of ego and young women fawning all over him. Teddy does ego and cockiness really well!!
He narrates his POV as a senior in HS and how he meets Laney. (I just love Teddy...swoon...lol)
The story takes us on their journey from High School, thru college and after their college graduation. And I really liked that about this story.
Then there's Laney arriving in the south from NY all sweet, sassy and confident who ends up tutoring Kam after he suffers a very serious injury impacting his football career.
Fast forward they're in college now. Kam is once again a super star but Laney breaks up with him due to some of her own insecurities and him constantly letting her down but she has some regrets. We also get Laney's POV during some of the college years.
Then there's after college where both narrate their POV, including Kam making it to the NFL and their love story continues.
I could go on but you really should listen to this story and how its characters were allowed to grow, love and find that trust and HEA.
And yes, there's mature sexual scenarios that make this story equally engaging, especially with Teddy narrating..wink..wink
Loved it. There's other obstacles and challenges Kam and Laney have to deal with and the supporting characters. I am really looking forward to the next book in the series; this one was very well narrated.

Different but good!
This one is a little different but still good! It is three short novella's, the same characters and story line but span years apart We get them from high school to college and then after so that was cool. Great narration!

I love her books and this one is no exception! Central character is a football star that plays for the Alabama Crimson Tide (Roll Tide Roll)- and his girl from HS- this is such a sweet uplifting love story with heat and all the feels! Don’t miss it.
The narration is excellent with Teddy and Ava! ♥️🎧♥️

Wonderful & Amazing & Beautiful Love!
I loved everything about this story! It's exactly what I needed right now. Loved every moment of this story & immediately listened again! Kam is my new #bookboyfriend & Laney is a sex-positive bad-ass woman! Both narrators deliver excellent performances that really invested me further in the characters.

Teddy Hamilton is all you need to know
M. Never is such a great storyteller. Teddy Hamilton is one if not the best narrator I listen too along with Ava Erickson. The cherry on top is that it is a sports romance. Cam and Lanny are high school sweethearts that go through a breakup in college and a few years later they come back together. I found this to be different than the other M. Never books I've listened too but nonetheless just as good as all that I've listened too.

A Must Read!!!
I’ve followed M. Never for years and this story was in my TBR for awhile before I got around to it, but I’m so glad I did! Great character development and a great story line as well. Don’t hesitate to read this story, you’ll be sorry if you do.
