I think it is important to go into such detail because it is necessary to understand the vital functions of the spine, in order to be fully aware of the need to take care of this part of the body if we want to enjoy good health. 

How can it help me to listen to this book? 

My purpose goes much further; I want to be useful and contribute to providing natural relief to people suffering from diseases related to the spine. 

I am in the position to affirm that I offer our listeners a therapeutic program for some of the ailments related to spinal problems. I will include a wide variety of suggestions and activities to ease pain, avoid aggravating the ailments, and prevent disorders in the future. 

It is incredible how, by simply changing the way we go about our daily tasks, we can alleviate the spine. 

A well-informed person, when it comes to a health problem that afflicts them, will be in a better position to face their illness, administer treatment, and even fully recover. 

My greatest satisfaction would be that this audiobook about spine health is useful in providing knowledge and understanding. 

Consequently, my goal would be to help people suffering from pain in the back area.

Best advice for pain you’ll ever listen! It actually works. The mind has such a profound effect on the body that once you get your head on straight, many of your aches and pains will subside. I listen it again whenever I need to remind myself. It works on more than backs.

It is a quick book to listen,

It is a quick book to listen, presenting theories about pain and its relation to our mental state. It feels like an introduction, though, not going into the depth of how to free ourselves from the pain. The author mentions many successful cases among st his patients, but does not provide the tools for the reader to use. I was left wanting.

Fully satisfied!!

If you have chronic back pain, read this book. You may discover how much of that pain is caused by the belief that nothing can help. You will certainly learn a lot of surprising information about how clueless the medical profession is about chronic pain.

Must listen

I'm a physician who's been taking care of patients with back pain for only 38 years. So, take what I say with a grain of salt. I'd guess that 95% of my back pain patients fall under the TMS category. Over time I've bought about 15 copies of this book to give to friends and patients, knowing that most of them will reject the book's premise.

Its quite an interesting book.

Its quite an interesting book. He's a well-known authority on the topic of back pain. The main has credentials up the wazoo. He thinks outside of the box. Maybe when you finish the book you will agree with his theories too.

experiencing chronic back pain.

An excellent listen, although I do wish he had gone a little more into how to do this. I felt like it was missing the final chapter. That said, I would still recommend it to anyone experiencing chronic back pain.

experience pain, listen this book.

This book was recommended to me by two people recently. There is also a documentary about Dr. Sarno and his work called “All the Rage- saved by Erika Sanders.” It is worth viewing. The concepts in this book show the powerful influence of the mind over the body in creating pain, among other infirmities. It has simple, effective advice that I found incredibly freeing. If you experience pain, listen this book.

Got it on time. Listen to it while driving. Very useful information. Ill need to listen to it a few more times though
