Great time killer yet very informative

Complicated material explains in layman terms.The audio has plenty of real lives examples to illustrate the subject discussed.Major credit to the chapter dedicated to women and teenagers where other similar titles lack. Strongly recommend.

Very Helpful Book!

This book is amazing because it presents itself with a clear, comprehensive and enjoyable guide to overcoming Social Anxiety. Personally, I have been suffering with social anxiety as well as shyness for the last couple years. This amazing book has not only helped me to increase my confidence, but I've found myself becoming happier and having more control in my life as a result! Truly an amazing and thoughtful book, and I will cherish the skills I have gained for many years to come!

Excellent book to listen to!

The author understands the problem of social anxiety and how it affects people. I think this audiobook will help a lot of people who suffer from social anxiety. The author gives frequent and easy to understand tips and advice. I highly recommend it!
