Get to the beach, and otherwise be left alone. Short of billable hours, the partners had other plans. Jenny was to take on complicated clients whose breakthrough technology would transform her life and all of humanity.

Jenny doesn't want transformation and hates all the attention, but she knows she's in over her head. Can she trust the seemingly infinite compassion of an android, or the charismatic taikonaut who gave her strength she thought she never had? Like it or not, historic events are drawing Jenny into a future for herself, the man she is calculated to love, and the new planet she reluctantly represents.
