"The man in the saddle is angular and long legged…the gun in his holster is gray steel - its handle unmarked."

Lean of figure and tanned of skin, his steely eyes gaze out over the violent frontier of the American West. He's a quiet man - but one not to be crossed. He's film legend James Stewart in his only continuing radio role as Britt Ponsett: The Six Shooter.

Any additional comments?

Just love the western novels, books and now audio, at my age I enjoy listening to the radio and I can remember back to the radio days of Gunsmoke, which I have in audio, Thank you.
Kids today don't understand how relaxing it is to sit back and relax to radio programs from the past. I always hoped that some country radio station would take an hour of the day and play audio western programs.

Perfect listening

Just wonderful. I was expecting the series to be much like Gunsmoke, but the main character, Britt Ponset, is actually a gentle and well-grounded man, whereas the Marshal Dillon of the Gunsmoke radio series is quite moody and violent . Jimmy Stewart's narration is outstanding. I am sad they didn't make more seasons.

Is there any more?
