An amazing book

A1 book I can’t wait to hear the whole series (the narrator left a lot to be desired though)

A Good Series poorly narrated.

I read the three books in this series decades ago and wanted to listen to it with my mother. The story is good- a story of resilience and sisterhood. But the virtual narration left much to be desired. I found myself correcting the voice inflection and the mispronunciation of phrases and words. I have purchased all three books, but may not bother to listen to them.

Good story with iffy narration

The story was good enough to push past the virtual voice narration. It was disconcerting to have odd pauses and inflections let alone the dropping of words at the end of sentences. The book would be much more enjoyable with an actual reader who understands the story.

Story was great, narration not so great.

I Loved the story, but the narration was terrible. It was read by a computer.
